Colorado Family Creates Christmas Wonderland with AI-Generated Radio Show

A family in Colorado Springs has been creating an impressive home light show for years, using thousands of lights and an AI-generated radio show. Adam Hoggat, the mastermind behind the design, wanted to bring back the Christmas spirit and make it more vibrant. Their house on Candleflower Circle is one of the few completely illuminated homes in the neighborhood. This project has become a special holiday tradition for the family since 2020, bringing them closer together.

The Hoggat family showcases their diverse talents by forming their own acapella group and creating a Grinch podcast using AI technology. Rebekah, Adam’s daughter, wrote the script for The Grinch to make the show more interesting and added funny jokes. Naomi, his 16-year-old daughter, contributed by drawing and animating the Grinch and Max for the window sequence. Adam’s son, Moses, plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly, ensuring tools are in place and safety measures are taken.

The main objective of the light show is to bring joy and brightness to the holidays. The family aims to make people smile, slow down, and remember the true meaning of Christmas. For them, it’s not just about the lights and presents under the tree. The show focuses on Christ, however, they also feature songs for everyone, including popular artists like Snoop Dogg and Taylor Swift, to ensure everyone can enjoy the show.

Adam describes the light show as their Christmas present to the community.
