At the core of Otonomus’ innovation are two proprietary AI systems: FIRO and KEE. FIRO is an advanced booking engine designed to optimize room allocations, ensuring efficiency and maximizing revenue. It allows guests to book a variety of configurations, from one-bedroom suites to six-bedroom accommodations, by dynamically linking rooms based on demand. KEE, on the other hand, acts as an all-in-one digital assistant, replacing traditional room keys and front desk interactions. Through KEE, guests can control their room settings, request services, and even summon robotic butlers for deliveries, making their stay seamless and automated.
Personalization is central to the Otonomus experience. Upon booking, guests participate in a gamified onboarding process where they provide preferences, earning perks like free drinks.
